How do we quote and work?
We start by listening. You tell us what the surface is, how large it is and what bothers you. Photos help a lot, and for larger jobs a walk-through is better still.
We then give you a written quote that says what is included. Price depends on size, height, access and how heavy the buildup is. If something changes on the day, we talk to you before we do extra work.
We choose the method for each surface. That means soft washing for roofs, stucco and siding, and higher pressure only where the surface can take it. You should always ask any contractor, us included, for proof of licence and insurance and for a clear scope before you agree.
