Well water, iron and rust on everything
Some properties in the area rely on private wells, and well water in Central Florida often carries iron. When it runs through sprinklers or hoses, it can leave rust-colored stains on walls, driveways, mailbox posts and even windows. Because the staining comes from the water, it tends to return unless the source is addressed.
We can remove many stains with a product matched to the surface, then suggest simple ways to reduce repeats, such as angling sprinkler heads away from walls or asking a water treatment company about a filter. Cleaning treats the surface. It is not a cure for the cause, and we will say so plainly.
